Returns & Exchanges

4. What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on lingerie. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or store credit.

5. Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend placing a new order and contacting us about a possible store credit for your original purchase.

6. How do I know what size to order?

Most lingerie is true to size unless it’s it’s specified in description

7. Do you offer plus sizes?

Not currently! We believe confidence comes in all sizes, unfortunately we haven’t found good quality in plus sizes! Don’t worry it will be coming soon it’s on our priority list!
